Full-Service Interior Design
- A comprehensive in-home consultation to thoroughly evaluate your needs, discuss your aesthetic preferences, and begin planning your design.
- Design presentation for your project including floorplans, mood boards, color palettes, renderings, and samples.
- Start-to-finish project management of your renovation from inception to the final installation.
- Projects also include access to IBO’s trusted team of builders, ensuring exceptional reliability and collaboration.
Due to the comprehensive nature and high-end aesthetic of our services, Full-Service Interior Design projects should have a minimum renovation budget of $250,000 and be located in the Washington, DC metro area.
Interior Decorating & Styling projects should have a minimum budget of $100,000 and can be located locally or nationwide.

SIGNATURE PROCESS
The Interiors by Oochay
First, we’ll meet briefly by phone to ensure that IBO is the perfect fit for your project. Then the first step in the process is the Consultation. We’ll walk your space, get to know your needs, and present our initial ideas.
Consultation
Once you’ve retained us and we’ve completed the onboarding process, we’ll get to work on your designs. We’ll present our plans to you with moodboards, 3D renderings, color palettes, and samples.
We’ll be on-site running the project, and managing all of the minutia so you don’t have to. We’ll work hand-in-hand with the builder team to ensure a smooth construction process.
It’s all about the details!
Once the renovation phase of your design project is wrapping up, it’s time for the decor. This phase includes sourcing and styling all of the fixtures and furnishings that complete your space.

We will discuss your financial parameters upfront and create a detailed plan that aligns with your goals. Throughout the project, we provide regular updates, transparent pricing, and options to help you make informed decisions.
+ Can I use my own contractor and trades?
IBO is pleased to work with any licensed and insured trades who have the capabilities to execute the design vision. However, IBO is not responsible for the final result and cannot guarantee full satisfaction or a timely completion of the project.
+ Do you design projects outside of the Washington, DC area?
Yes! We love to travel and will provide design services across the United States.
+ Can I hire IBO to style my home with decor only?
No, we do not offer services for styling decor provided by a third party. Our services include full design projects that encompass a broader scope. We offer home decor styling as a standalone service for the holidays only.
+ Can you design with my existing furniture?
We can consider incorporating your existing furniture into the design, depending on its condition, style, and how well it aligns with the overall vision of the space. We can discuss your specific needs to see if this would be a good fit.
